Assisting Access is a program specifically designed for people with disabilities to help them find and keep suitable jobs. This includes providing the necessary training to develop their skills and knowledge based on their learning ability. Prestige Lifestyle Care (PLC), a registered NDIS provider, encourages and supports disabled people of all ages, including working age students, to participate in this career development programme.
Assist Access/Maintain employment services include career counseling and guidance to help them learn from the best and choose the passion and career that best suits them.

Get promoted to better jobs; update or expand your workplace skills and more, help with writing resumes and cover letters, developing job search skills, improving workplace skills and personal appearance, transportation to and from work, and all other individual workplace access needs. Our goal is to help people achieve independence and participate in working life.
Depending on the participant’s work goals and current skill level, support for the development of “hard and soft skills” may include, but is not limited to:
